The Elastomoule mini muffins tray is designed to bake muffins, chocolate fondant or moelleux, savoury cakes...in a mini version, with a 4.5 cm diameter. Ideal for baking mignardises for pre-dinner cocktails and aperitifs. Practical, Elastomoule can be used for hot and cold preparations alike. Thanks to its design, the mould diffuses and transmits heat ideally, enabling excellent caramelization of the pastries, which are perfectly golden on top and bottom. It is easy to turn out the muffins. For baking, it can only be used in traditional ovens.
