The Calphalon Classic Stainless Steel Stir-Fry Pan is built to last. It's made from brushed stainless steel with an impact-bonded aluminum base for fast, even heating, and is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. The Stir-Fry Pan is a deep-bowled version of a traditional frying pan, but with a burner-sized bottom that keeps direct heat contained in a smaller zone for sautéing and searing. With the wok shape, foods can be seared on the bottom, then pushed up the high sides to finish cooking.
