Product Care	Before use, wash pan in warm, soapy water. Rinse in warm water and dry thoroughly. Use only plastic, nylon, silicone or wooden utensils with MAKER products to protect the ceramic nonstick finish and prolong life of the roaster and coating. Allow pan to cool completely before washing. Never immerse hot pan in cold water as this will cause irreparable warping. This product is dishwasher-friendly, but it is recommended that you hand wash in order to retain the beauty of the ceramic coating. Do not use highly acidic or alkaline cleaner/detergent. Neutral detergent or mild soapy water is recommended. If food or grease is caked on the pan, soak it in lukewarm water to help with the release. Do not remove with a knife or other sharp object. This will scratch the coating and void the warranty.
